Dominique da Silva became the third Ahli player to pick up a hamstring injury in the space of six days. The Mauritanian was stretchered off Wednesday's 3-1 victory over Dakhlia, shortly after coming on as a second-half substitute. “We are suspecting a torn hamstring but we cannot determine the extent of the injury or how long he will be absent now. He will have a scan on Thursday,” Ahli doctor Ihab Ali told FilGoal.com. Ahli are already missing Mohamed Shawky and Mohamed Naguib, who both sustained the same injury in last week's win at Ittihad. Center-half Naguib, who was tipped to be recalled by Egypt for this month's friendly with Brazil, has been ruled out for five weeks.
