Ahli Benghazi approached Helmi Toulan over the possibility of him taking over at the Libyan club, the Egyptian manager said on Thursday. "I will fly to Libya following Saturday's match between Egypt and Algeria," Toulan told FilGoal.com. "We are yet to reach any agreements but talks should begin very soon." Toulan has been without a job since leaving Telecom Egypt last March after a string of poor results. He also had spells with Harras Hodoud and Masri but did not make a major impact. Ahli Benghazi have recently signed defender Ateya Al-Belkasi from Egyptian champions Ahli on loan until the end of the season.
