Germany receive Gomez boost

Germany will have striker Mario Gomez fit for Wednesday's World Cup qualifier with Azerbaijan.
The Bayern Munich man couldn't play more than 45 minutes in Saturday's 2-0 friendly win over South Africa after suffering a knee problem.
However, the German federation (DFB) confirmed that Gomez's injury is of no concern.
"Tests showed there were no structural injuries, no tear or break. We expect he will be back training this evening," DFB spokesman Harald Stenger told reporters.
Germany need a win to ensure their Group 4 supremacy, as they lead Russia by a single point.
