A late equalizer from Robert Huth earned Middlesbrough, where plays Egyptian duo Ahmed Hossam Mido and Mohamed Shawky, a point from Newcastle 1-1 at St James Park on Sunday. Michael Owen broke the deadlock with a 60th minute header to end a 10-match goal drought but Huth leveled the score as he rose higher than all the hosts' defender to head the equalizer three minutes before time. Mido has been rested from this game because of his back pains. The result leaves Boro in the 13th place with only 26 points just a step behind Newcastle who are 12th with 28 points.
