Egypt midfielder Hossam Ghaly has been excluded from Tottenham's squad for Premiership game against Reading on Sunday after he has caught flu. "Hossam Ghaly has got flu and won't be involved," Tottenham's Dutch manager Martin Jol told the club's official website on Friday. The former Ahli midfielder has been in superb form recently, scoring three times in his last four appearances for Spurs and Egypt. Compatriot Ahmed Hossam 'Mido' was included despite struggling with a calf problem which kept him out of Egypt's last African Nations Cup qualifier against Mauritania. Tottenham are pushing for a UEFA Cup spot as they lie seventh in the Premiership table with 45 points, one ahead of Reading.
