CAIRO, May 13, 2018 (MENA) - Egypt's Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Mohamed Shaker led a high level delegation on a visit to Russia to take part in the activities of Atomexpo 2018, which will start on May 14-18. This comes within the framework of the Egyptian-Russian cooperation, as Russia invited Egypt to participate in the event. The forum, which is held annually with the support of nuclear energy company Rosatom, is an international event involving many of the world's leading companies in the nuclear industry. It includes intensive work programs with the International Atomic Energy Agency member states and producers of nuclear energy. The forum aims to develop international cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, as well as focusing on many issues related to nuclear energy production and development.
