TMG offers units with 25 years installments and immediate delivery in Al-Rehab and Madinaty

Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) announced the launch of fully finished units and ready to move apartments for immediate delivery in Al-Rehab city and Madinaty, with 25 years installments, in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority.
Talaat Mostafa Group allows the purchase of housing units through mortgage financing within the initiative of the Central Bank of Egypt.
Reservations for Al-Rehab and Madinaty units as will be open on Sunday, May 22, 2022.

TMG was the first to launch urban communities in New Cairo Al-Rehab, Madinaty

Talaat Moustafa Group is developing the Madinaty project on an area of 8,000 acres east of Cairo, in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority, to provide life for 600,000 people in 120,000 different housing units.
TMG is the real estate developer behind Madinaty, the largest integrated urban project developed by the private sector in Egypt and the region, on an area of 8,000 feddans on the Suez Road.
Madinaty developer Hisham Talaat Moustafa ensured that the city is characterised by the availability of all services, whether public government services or social, sports, educational services, and the like. The development's population is projected to reach one million residents in the near future.
Prior to Madinaty, TMG had been the driving force behind the development of Al-Rehab City, also on the Suez Road, which is considered the first integrated urban city in East Cairo. The development extends over an area of 10 million sqm.
Al Rehab developer TMG was the first to launch urban community in New Cairo, and it is the first integrated residential city to be established by the private sector in Egypt. Al-Rehab is located a convenient 15 minutes away from Nasr City and Heliopolis.
In addition to the residential units of buildings and villas, Al Rehab provides centers and commercial markets, medical centers, an educational mix of international schools – languages - experimental and nurseries, mosques and churches, an integrated sports and social club, a private external and internal transportation network, banks and banking services to cover all the needs of its residents and patrons. .
