Skyway Development contracts MTA ARCHITECTS as general consultant for Bayadega Tower project

Skyway Development has contracted with the engineering consultant office Mohamed Talaat Architects (MTA Architects) to serve as a general engineering consultant for the Bayadega Administrative Tower project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).
This comes as part of the company's contracting plan with major companies, and to provide a distinguished real estate product with international specifications and quality.
Hosni El-Saidy, Chairperson of Skyway Development, said that the company's contract with the MTA Architects comes was part of its keenness to select the best engineering offices with a strong precedent for administrative and commercial projects. This is particularly as MTA Architects has participated in many national and private projects at the NAC.
El-Saidy explained that the company is always striving to provide a distinguished real estate product that achieves the highest investment return to its clients with its project, so it chooses engineering consultancy offices with experience, specialization and previous work in the same projects, and its choice of the engineering consultant office, Mohamed Talaat, "MTA ARCHITECTS" achieves the goal of this vision.
El-Saidy added that Skyway's strategy for real estate development in the real estate market is based on implementing high-quality projects with different specifications that ensure strong competition within the real estate sector, and the company intends to start implementing its project during the third quarter of the current year within the implementation plan.
For his part, Mohamed Talaat, CEO of MTA Architects, said, "We are excited to cooperate with a company of the size of Skyway Development, especially as it seeks to provide a distinguished real estate product with international specifications and be a real addition to the real estate market, especially in the Downtown area in the NAC."
Talaat said that the office aims to transfer its expertise in the engineering consultancy and design sector to make a difference in the Bayadega project.
He indicated that the project's engineering designs have been completed and the general plan has been prepared.
Skyway Development is developing the Bayadega administrative project in the towers area of the NAC's Downtown district, with investments of EGP 700m. The project includes administrative, commercial, and medical activities built according to international specifications.
