Nozha Group signs partnership agreement with Time Hotels to manage Time Nozha Beach Hotel, Resort Ras Sudr
Group plans to direct EGP 3bn investments in tourism sector

On Thursday, Nozha Group organised a ceremony for the signing of a partnership agreement between Nozha Beach, one of Group's companies, and Time Hotels for hotel and resort management, in order to handle Nozha Beach Hotel and Resort Ras Sudr.
The projects would be managed by the biggest international corporation, specialised in managing touristic resorts and facilities.
The objective of collaborating with Time Hotels is to achieve a positive change in the hotel and resort management approach in Egypt. This would positively reflect on tourism in Egypt and will transform Ras Sudr to a favourite touristic destination which would attracts investments, according to Abdallah Al Maghraby, Nozha Group CEO.
Al Maghraby said that Nozha Group is studying injecting new investments of around EGP 3bn in touristic resorts and real estates' sectors in Cairo and Ras Sudr in Southern Sinai.
During the signing ceremony, Al Maghraby pointed out that Nozha Group has invested over EGP 1.850bn in direct investments in Sinai in the Ras Sudr area only . The objective was to encourage Arab and foreign organisations and businesspersons to invest in the tourism sector in Sinai.
For his part, Mohamed Awad Allah, Time Hotels CEO revealed that Time for hotel management would be inaugurating Time Nozha Beach Hotel and Resort by next December. This is considered his corporation's first beach hotel in Egypt, and is located in Ras Sudr.
The hotel, which is a 4-star hotel, consists of 52 rooms, four suites, and 14 chalets, noting that 33 additional units will be added to increase the hotel's capacity before 2019, in addition to 250 rooms by 2021, elaborated Awad Allah.
The Nozha Group CEO revealed that the group will launch six new projects in the Middle East, in addition to another hotel in Egypt by 2020.
Time Nozha Beach Hotel and Nozha Beach Resort in Ras Sudr are located 20 km away from the airport which will be established in Ras Sudr and 165 km away from Cairo International Airport. They will incorporate a group of the most renowned brand names in the restaurant and cafe fields. This is in addition to an aqua park that would serve the entire Ras Sudr area. There will be also cinemas, fitness centres, entertainment facilities, women and children-designated swimming pools, a sauna, steam room, a jacuzzi, and several sports courts. This is in addition to a fully equipped conference centre to suit various events and conferences.
