CR2 to introduce latest platform to country's most-senior bankers at exclusive Cairo event
Published in Daily News Egypt on 08 - 10 - 2018

CR2, the global banking software company, promises the launch of its new NextGen mobile application built for the ‘Experience Era'.
The established Irish fintech, which has a long-standing presence in Egypt, will present digital transformation success strategies, as well as its NextGen mobile app, to an exclusive audience of the country's top banking officials, at an upcoming gathering in Cairo, taking place on Wednesday 10 October 2018.
‘Rethinking Digital Strategy in the Experience Era,' will examine the best practices Egypt's banks can deploy to customers in a mobile-first environment, and will share the latest fintech trends and insights, from one of the world's foremost authorities on digital banking.
Brian Lande, director of the Silicon Valley-based consultancy firm, Berkeley Research Group, will show how Egypt's banks can offer a holistic ‘Experience Era' solution, as well as how to respect existing, and potential customers, and speak to them in one voice -through sales, marketing, and support- as well as help them understand that the digital medium is the message, and delight them at every turn.
Founded and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, CR2 is one of the world's leading banking software companies. With a strong presence in the Middle East, Africa and Asia, its long-standing customers in Egypt include the Commercial International Bank (CIB), QNB al Ahli (QNBAA) and FAB – Egypt (First Abu Dhabi Bank).
Kieran Kilcullen, CR2's Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), will be presenting the free-to-attend one-day event.
Kilcullen said that the Experience Era creates an incredible space for Egyptian banks to reimagine how they can better serve digital and ATM customers with enhanced problem-solving capabilities through flexible, dynamic, and targeted solutions, driven by the success of fintech.
"We are honoured to host Brian, a renowned expert who really understands today's market-level challenges, and who knows the best digital practices to use to overcome them. He has a fascinating understanding of how segmenting customers through a digital strategy directly relates to profitable growth," Kilcullen added.
Topics under discussion during the event will include, integrating digital transformation into the overall strategy of Egypt's banks, building a segmented understanding of customers in the ‘Experience Era,' and designing customer experiences with a digital-mobile mindset.
