Egypt-based real estate firm Azmeel Group Develops Beit Al Watan project

Egypt-based real estate firm, Azmeel Group for Real Estate Development is developing the Beit Al Watan project in New Cairo, according its General Manager Ahmed Shahin.
Launched earlier this year, Beit Al Watan project is tailored to for Egyptian expatriates, where application would be made via a wire transfer in US dollars.
The project will be built over an are of 700 square meters, and includes units ranging from 130 to 280 square meters, said Ahmed Shahin, General Manager of Azmeel Group.
The unit prices range from 5,000 Egyptian pounds to 5,500 pounds per square meter and are earmarked for middle-income youth, added Shahin.
Beit Al Watan is a large project offered by the Ministry of Housing in various cities across Egypt, including New Cairo, 6th of October City, New Damietta, Sheikh Zayed, Badr, New Assiut, New Qena, and New Aswan.
