The 11th edition of Cityscape, Egypt's most trusted and exclusive property show in the MENA Region, has kicked off on Thursday.
It is organised by Informa Markets, the leading exhibition organizer worldwide.
On the first day, the expo was honoured by the visit of Khaled Abbas, chairman of the New Administrative Capital, along with Abubakar Abu Bakr Sarr, ambassador of Senegal in Cairo, in addition to other high-profile visitors from the real estate industry.
The event will be running from the 21-24 September, at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre (EIEC), and is hosting its biggest edition ever spanning across 23,000 sqm2, 4 exhibition halls, and featuring more than 70+ real estate developers, brokers, architects and consultants.
"We are very excited for this edition of Cityscape, as Egypt represents one of the key strategic real estate players in the region, we see incredible value in hosting the event to connect the leading and most established real estate developers, investors, homebuyers and government entities all in one place, aiming to create opportunities, collaborations, and future growth prospects." Chris Speller, vice president of Cityscape, said.
"This year, the expo witnessed a 10% increase in exhibitor number including a strong presence from international developers coming from Greece, Saudi Arabia, The United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. The show also witnessed a 30% increase in attendee number on the first day which promises a very strong crowd for the remaining days of the show." Speller added.
