Egypt's President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said Friday his talks with Kazakh counterpart dealt with international and regional crises, stressing on the importance of concerted international efforts to settle these crises fairly. This came during a joint press conference with Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev in Kazakhistan's capital of Astana. "We issued a joint statement that reflects what we tackled in the talks, and includes the most important results of this important visit, which we consider an achievement," Sisi said. The Egyptian president added the two sides would continue to coordinate their positions towards issues of common concern.
