Egypt's Central Bank announced on Wednesday the formation of its Board of Directors headed by Tarek Amer, Al-Bawaba News reported. The formation includes Jamal Negm and Lubna Hilal as Vice-Governors. The President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi agreed last October to accept the resignation of the Governor of the Central Bank Hisham Ramez and appointed Tarek Amer who is scheduled to start his new job on November 27. The central bank said today that the new composition comprises Hala al-Said, Yahya Dakroury, Leila Al-Khawaja and Simon Kamal Abu al-Khair in addition to Sami Sharif, head of financial control.
