Tunisia's Esperance, Morocco's Wydad stroll into Champions League semis

Holders Esperance of Tunisia and 2017 winners Wydad of Morocco recorded comprehensive wins to stroll into the African Champions League semifinals on Saturday.
Esperance, enjoying a 3-2 first-leg advantage on the road, secured a deserved 3-1 home win over Algeria's CS Constantine to continue their bid towards a second straight title.
Impressive attacking midfielder Saad Bguir scored a brilliant first-half brace to give Esperance a commanding lead, the first being a sumptuous left-foot volley from the edge of the area after he made the most of a half-hearted defensive clearance.
Dylan Bahamboula gave Constantine some hope with a curling effort in the 62nd minute but Cameroonian midfielder Franck Kom ensured the win four minutes from time, heading home on the rebound after the keeper fumbled at a free kick.
Wydad, who played out a 0-0 draw with Horoya AC in the first leg, thrashed the Guineans 5-0 in Rabat to book a last-four berth.
A double from Walid El Karti and goals from Abdellatif Noussir, Mohamed Nahiri and Rachid Housni lifted Wydad through after they produced a vivid attacking display.
Esperance will face four-time winners TP Mazembe while Wydad will take on South Africa's Mamelodi Sundowns. The quartet are the winners of the past four editions of the Champions League.
