Links: , Tahrir Square, , , CAIRO: Likely Egyptian presidential candidate Mohamed el-Baradei today claimed that the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) did not offer him the presidency of the so-called “national salvation government.” El-Baradei made this declaration while participating in the “Last Chance” demonstration in Tahrir Square this afternoon. “The Revolution should strive for justice and freedom, and I'm sure of its success,” el-Baradei said. “Our strength is in our numbers and we will win.” El-Baradei, who was wearing an Egyptian flag, declined to comment on the conflicting news surrounding the new Prime Minister of Egypt. He also performed Friday prayers in Tahrir Square.
