ALEXANDRIA, Egypt: Police arrested 58 protestors after clashes between police forces and protestors in Egypt's Mediterranean city of Alexandria yesterday. Police forces confirmed that the protesters had provoked riots in Alexandria. Khaled Goraba, head of security in Alexandria, said that the accused were arrested with Molotov cocktails, knives and fireworks. The arrested protesters met with an attorney for questioning.
