U.S. Agency for International Development and HCBC bank created a partnership together to provide about U.S. $34 million as financial support for medium and small projects in Egypt. The U.S. embassy in Cairo said the partnership will continue for nine years to resolve the problem of financing such projects that strongly contribute to achieving economic growth and creating job opportunities. The embassy added the partnership will ease conditions of loaning money during the current conditions. The statement said the medium and small projects represent 90 percent of Egypt's business sector. It is considered one of the main pillars to achieve economic reform in Egypt, clarifying the U.S. agency provides training opportunities for such projects.
