National Council for Human Rights (NCHR) and Arab Center for Independence of Judiciary and Legal Performance (ACIJLP) decided to hold a meeting to coordinate and release a statement to practice pressure on the French publication ‘Charlie Hebdo' to stop publishing its issue. Their decision to meet was a response to their condemnation of the French publication, which announced its next satire issue will include an insulting image to Prophet Muhamad. “The center will file a lawsuit against the French newspaper in case it didn't stop publishing its issue because what they did was in violation and disdain of the divine religions, which is unacceptable by Muslims or non-Muslims,” said the head of Arab Center, Nasr Amin in a phone call to Hona el-Assema TV program, presented by broadcaster Lamis el-Hadidy on Channel CBC. Broadcaster Lamis el-Hadidy assured her rejection to what was announced by the French magazine. She added, “I, as a Muslim and a human, respect all divine religions and prophets. I don't accept any insult or parody to Islam and I don't accept any insult to Prophet Muhamad.” El-Hadidy assured if this happened to any other prophet, she would have expressed the same opinion and stand the same ground.
