CAIRO: The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ready to enable Egyptian expatriates to vote in the upcoming parliamentary elections, pending a final court verdict, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Amr Rushdi. The administrative court verdict may be appealed by the government, so the Foreign Ministry will wait for the final verdict. Rushdi highlighted Egyptian citizens and expatriates rights to vote to choose representatives in the upcoming parliament. All Egyptian embassies and consulates all over the world are ready for all required measures of voting, the spokesman added. The expatriates can provide only their identification card to confirm their nationality to vote, according to Rushdi.
