US Ambassador visits North Sinai

Governor of North Sinai Abdul Wahab Mabrouk said a water desalination plant will be opening in the village of El-Monbateh in central Sinai early November. The station will cost 7 million EGP (U.S. $1.17 billion) in U.S. Aid.
According to head of public relations at the governor's office, Alaa Atwa, Ambassador Anne Patterson and an aid delegation are expected to visit the governorate on November 1 and 2 to check on the aid projects.
