CAIRO: The approval to establish the Revolutionary Al-Ghad Al-Gadeed Party was made after a long combat with authority, its members and the Egyptian presidential candidate, Ayman Nour, founder of new the Revolutionary Al-Ghad Al-Gadeed Party. Al-Ghad Al-Gadeed Party was approved by the Supreme Administrative Court Monday after the Supreme Committee for Parties' Affairs rejected it. In his first official statement for the party, Nour said he was the first citizen who sent the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak a message to step down four days before the trigger of the Egyptian January 25 Revolution. He added his message is one of main factors of arousing the revolution. "Today is not a celebration amid the death of our Coptic Christian brothers due to violent and unacceptable measures," Nour stated. Nour called for the dismissal of Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf's government, which is unable to provide the public with the minimum level of security. He condemned the filling of Egyptians. He announced the death of Michael Said, a member of the party during the Maspiro incidents, who was responsible for the committee of training and culture in the party. Nour highlighted the importance of forming a new national government representing all political powers. "The government is not governing, the real ruler is the Military council, which we do not see." It is possible to say “Game Over” to Egypt's ruling military council because of its unwise decisions, according to Nour. Regarding the storming of certain TV channels by Egyptian Security Forces, Nour condemned this action since it curb media freedom and freedom of expression. He also described the Egyptian media's policy in dealing with the Maspiro incidents as "disgraceful and inflammatory to cause a disaster." He also called to form a human right committee to find out all reasons behind sectarian violence. He also called to replace military forcers with police forces since the military soldiers are not qualified to do police duties. The military council policy is greatly stubbornness and arrogance, according to Nour and which he warned is similar to Mubarak's tenure. "If the military council does not change his approach, they should transfer their authority for someone more suitable," he said.
