Egypt press reported on the Turkish Prime Minister's visit with the son of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood Hassan al-Banna. Documents revealed the use of snipers to suppress the January 25 Revolution in addition to reports on the Military Council's decision to amend election law and electoral districts.
YOUM 7
Youm7 revealed the existence of a black market in the city of Belbeis in the governorate of Sharkeya for the trade of stolen cars. Car theft increased in Egypt after the state of chaos after the January 25 Revolution. Cars are usually dismantled for parts and then sold at very low prices, up to 35,000 EGP (U.S. $).
Witnesses said there are no specific places where cars are stolen, it can happen anywhere in Egypt. There is a strong relationship between car dealers and the Bedouins of Sinai.
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan surprised officials, the civil society, human rights organizations and public figures when he requested to leave early from the meeting with Ahmed Seif al-Islam Hassan al-Banna, the son of the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) Hassan al-Banna.
Al-Ahram:
The Minister of Justice, Mohammed Abdul-Aziz Gendy, is scheduled to discuss the Council of Ministers' new amendments to the law pertaining to the People's Assembly and the Shura Council.

The head of the Tour Guide Union, Mohammed Ghareeb, said there are 29 Israeli guides working in Egypt through the order of the Ministry of Tourism and there are permits granted for foreigner tour guides who deliberately distort the history of Egypt.
Al-Masry Al-Youm:
The newspaper revealed the Ministry of Interior ordered snipers to kill demonstrators during the Egyptian January 25 Revolution through secret documents issued by the ministry. One such document was signed by the former Chief Medical Examiner on an autopsy, which proved a bullet hit a demonstrator from a certain distance and an angle obviously by a sniper. The former Minister of Interior denied snipers were used. A statement by the head surgeon at Kasr el-Aini teaching hospital and brain surgeon, Dr. Ahmed Abdel Rahman, also proved the presence of snipers.
Al-Shorouq:
Sources informed the military council will issue a decree to amend the Law on parliament elections within a few days.
The sources said one of the leaders of the military council assured them the law of constituencies is not yet issued and will be issued based on the views of the political forces against it. He said what was published in newspapers regarding this matter is not accurate and the military did not issue an official law yet.
Al-Gomhorreya:
The highest ranking high school students in Egypt met with the German deputy Foreign Minister during their visit to Germany. The German minister praised the role of the youth in the Egyptian January 25 Revolution, stressing the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs is carefully monitoring the situation in Egypt.
He added the German government took important decisions to support education in Egypt, including projects such as the Futures Initiative, which aims to support peaceful change. One of the German government's objectives is to increase the number of scholarships available and aid from institutes to students. He said Germany would establish a development fund in Egypt with a capital of half a U.S. $100 million to support education, starting next year.
