Accused businessman Ahmed Ezz arrived at his deck in Torah prison, for his trial of the case of illegal licenses of Ezz Steel. The accused in this case are the former secretariat of the dissolved National Democratic Party, the fugitive former Minister of Trade and Industry, Rasheed Mohamed Rasheed and the former chairman of the institution of Industrial development, Amr Assal. They were charged for wasting 660 million EGP (U.S. $110.9 million) from public state money and the court will announce the verdict today.
