Social leaders and NGO officials will be trained to achieve the most desired affect. The project began in March 2010. It will finish in February 2013. The project's most important issues are social leadership skills, participating development, legal status for Egyptian women, marketing skills, self-appreciation, self-confidence, decision-making power, negotiation skills, social networking and public life participation. The project offers hand-made and craft training in order to improve the economic status of Imbaba's families.
