Zamalek revealed that Benin striker Razak Omotoyossi has been absent from training for seven days. The Whites said on their website that the 26-year-old has gone AWOL without specifying a reason behind his absence. He is now almost certain to miss Saturday's Champions League tie with Ghana's Berekum Chelsea, who come to Cairo with no option but to win against the already-ousted Zamalek. Omotoyossi's absence leaves Zamalek with Burkina Faso international Abdoulaye Cisse as the only bona fide striker as Ahmed Gaafar is suspended for the Group B clash. It is the second time that Omotoyossi - who signed a year ago from Sweden's Syrianska - had gone absent without leave, having tried to rescind his contract with the Cairo club last month. He eventually returned to score the only goal in a 2-1 defeat to Mazembe but remains far from settled in Cairo amid Zamalek's failure to pay the wages of first-team players for several months now.
