The Egypt first team have accepted a proposal from Oman for a friendly match on August 15 in Muscat, the Egyptian FA said. The FA confirmed the date of the game on Thursday, adding that manager Bob Bradley will be assisted by a ‘voluntary coaching staff'. Bradley and his crew had their contracts automatically rescinded with Egypt's failure to reach the CAN 2013 finals, but the American was handed a new short-term deal. Egypt's next competitive game takes place in March 2013 when the Pharaohs host Zimbabwe in the World Cup qualifiers.
