A direct Ahmed Elmohamady assist, his first in the Premier League, enabled Darren Bent to score the second goal in Sunderland's 3-0 win over Blackburn Rovers on Saturday. The Egypt ace, who moved to the Stadium of Light in the summer from ENPPI on loan, was included in the starting eleven and deployed as a right-back. He whipped in one of his trademark precise crosses that was headed home by the fully-fit Bent on 19 minutes. Elmo was taken off four minutes from time when he made way for Marcos Angeleri. The Black Cats' official website mentioned that Elmohamady suffered from 'dizziness' during the match. "We don't know how bad Benty is, while Ahmed has got double vision and Danny's taken a knock on his knee," said Sunderland manager Steve Bruce. Danny Welbeck opened the scoring only after 11 minutes while Asamoah Gyan completed the rout in the dying minutes. Sunderland are now in six place with 30 points.
