Zamalek are set to sign Algerian striker Mohamed Amine Aoudia from JS Kabylie, the club said on Sunday. "We've reached an agreement with Kabylie to sign Aoudia on a three-year deal," Zamalek board member Tarek Ghoneim told FilGoal.com. "We will acquire his services upon the request of coach Hossam Hassan, who wanted to strengthen the team's frontline." Hassan is relying on Ahmed Gaafar as a lone striker but the towering frontman hardly repaid the faith of the highly-regarded tactician. Amr Zaki is nursing a niggling knee injury while Ivorian Abou Kone has failed to prove his worth since joining Zamalek in the summer from Military Production. If Aoudia completes his move to Zamalek, he will become the second Algerian to play for the White Knights after Kassi Said, who had a spell with the club in the 1990s. "I know a lot about Egyptian football as I played against Ahli and Ismaili in this season's African Champions League," Aoudia, 23, said in a television interview. "Zamalek are a very good club, I hope that I will be part of their successful team." Some of Aoudia's goals with JS Kabylie
