AC Milan will once again be without striker Alexandre Pato when they clash with city rivals Inter Milan in the Serie A on Sunday. Milan's official site said the Brazilian a first to second degree lesion in his right thigh and will continue his rehab. Pato, who scored seven goals in 14 games for the Rossoneri, was forced to miss the last four games due to the problem. It was reported that Milan allowed the 20-year-old to fly home to Brazil for treatment, in an attempt to have him fit for the Champions League clash with Manchester United on February 16th.
