Juventus deputy goalkeeper Alex Manninger is set to take over temporarily from the great Gianluigi Buffon as he admitted that he still learns from the Italy number one. Buffon will be out for six weeks with a knee injury, giving Manninger an opportunity to get some first-team football. Manninger, 32, has been in Buffon's shadows for long, but the Austrian has no complaints over his second-fiddle role. Asked if it's difficult being second-choice, Manninger said: "Second, yes, but only to Gigi. "With a goalkeeper like him in front of me, I cannot have any demands. "I can only learn, even if I am closer to retiring from football than at the beginning."
