Sulley Muntari's second-half goal gave Inter Milan a deserved 1-0 home victory over rivals Juventus in the 'derby of Italy' on Saturday. The Ghana midfielder scored his first league goal in the 72nd minute to notch the winner. Holders Inter, who are seeking to win a fourth consecutive Serie A title, are on top of the table with 30 points, four clear of arch-rivals AC Milan, who face Torino on Sunday. Juventus' first league defeat in six matches leaves them third on 24 points. Inter boss Jose Mourinho included Adriano in his starting eleven after the Brazilian striker missed the previous four games for disciplinary reasons. The former Parma man combined well with strike partner Zlatan Ibrahimovic as they penetrated Juve's shaky defense several times. The Nerazzurri were unlucky not to break the deadlock on many occasions. Ibrahimovic twice shot wide from good positions while Serbian midfielder Dejan Stankovic wasted a golden opportunity after failing to control Maxwell's pinpoint cross. On the other hand, Juve threatened Julio Cesar only once when the Brazilian keeper brilliantly tipped over Alessandro Del Piero's header in the second half. Inter's pressure paid off in the 72nd minute when the unmarked Muntari converted Ibrahimovic's mis-hit shot into an empty net at the far post. Watch Muntari's goal:
