Former Italy manager Marcello Lippi will reportedly be Milan's new coach, the Gazzetta Dello Sport said on Saturday. The Italian daily reported that Carlo Ancelotti will not keep his job if Milan failed to achieve local and European goals set by the club. According to the report, the administration demand Ancelotti to reach at least the semi-finals of the Champions League and secure a place in the competition next season. Milan are fifth in the Italian League, three points behind fourth-placed Fiorentina. They snatched a precious goalless draw against Arsenal in London in their first-leg of the Champions League's first knock-out stage. Lippi has been jobless since steering Italy to winning the World Cup in June 2006. He was tipped for jobs with Chelsea, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.
