Chelsea came from a goal down to seal a 2-1 win over struggling Fulham at Craven Cottage on Tuesday. Former Liverpool playmaker Danny Murphy put Fulham in front after just ten minutes, slotting home from the spot after Joe Cole fouled Moritz Volz. However, the Blues, who are without a host of key players including Petr Cech, John Terry, Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba, made a fierce second-half comeback. Salomon Kalou leveled the scoring with a header nine minutes after the break, before Michael Ballack secured the three points with a 62nd minute penalty. Chelsea remain third on 44 points, closing the gap on leaders Arsenal to three points, but the Gunners will play West Ham later on Tuesday.
