Juventus sporting director Alessio Secco revealed that there might be fears about Alessandro Del Piero's future at the club as the talks over his new contract aren't going in the right direction. “There is no need to talk about what Del Piero means to us, but there is a risk that we could lose him,” said Secco. “But we are doing everything we can and we want to find an agreement. All parties want to come to an arrangement.” The 32-year-old became one of the greatest players for La Vecchia Signora since joining in from Padova in 1993. He also showed great loyalty as he opted to stick with the team when they were relegated to the Serie B after the match-fixing scandal. The 2006 World Cup winner wants to end his career in Juventus but it seems there are some obstacles concerning the length and the amount of the contract and so he could end a 14-year-old love affair with the Bianconeri.
