Anderlecht, where Egyptian international midfielder Ahmed Hassan plays, thrashed Roeselare 5-0 on Sunday night to maintain the lead in the Belgium Jupiter League. Jonathan Legear opened the score just two minutes after kick off and Hassan doubled the lead in the 20th minute. Legear netted his second goal to put the title holders up by three in the 40th minute. Two minutes later Argentinean Nicolas Frutos practically put the game out of reach for Roeselare when he scored the fourth goal. Substitute Dieudonne Mbokani who missed the first half party was still hungry for goals and got his name on the score sheet in the 83rd minute. Hassan, whose tally of goals reached 14 for Anderlecht in all competitions, played the whole 90 minutes and showed a quite impressive performance as usual. The victory keeps Anderlecht in the lead with 71 points, just two ahead of Genk with only three matches to go.
