Egyptian Premier League defending champions Ahli suffered a stunning 4-1 defeat to lowly visitors Ittihad. Ittihad, managed by Hossam Hassan, took the lead after three minutes through Ethiopian striker Oumed Oukri as Mohamed Hamdi doubled it just before half time. Ahli failed to reply until the 76th minute when Zambia international Felix Katongo came off the bench to make it three. Former Ahli defender Rami Adel completed the Reds' misery with a fourth before Ethiopia's Saladdin Said headed in a late consolation for the hosts. Ahli remain fifth of the league table 10 ten points behind leaders Zamalek, who played two more games. Ittihad jump from 15th to 11th. VIDEO
