Guangzhou Evergrande manager Marcello Lippi expects a crunch tie against African champions Ahli in the Club World Cup quarter-final on Saturday. "They (Ahli) are obviously a good team, well-organized. They are physically and mentally prepared well for the match. It will be a tough match for both of us," Lippi told a pre-match press conference on Wednesday. "But, hopefully, we can make it through to meet Bayern." The 65-year-old Lippi, who steered Italy to the 2006 World Cup title, has guided the Chinese champions to their maiden Club World Cup appearance. The biggest feat of Ahli - who qualify for the FIFA club competition for the fifth time in their history - came in 2006, when they claimed the Bronze medal.
