QUOTES
Ahli coach Mohamed Youssef
"Ahli and Zamalek games know no predictions as it's a derby match between Egypt's biggest teams and the Champions League most successful clubs.
"Ahli enters every game with one goal which is to win, and that's what we're playing for on Sunday. Maximum points are our aim so that we guarantee our semi-final spot before leaving to South Africa to face Orlando Pirates in the final group match day."
Zamalek coach Helmi Toulan
"This is Egypt's and one of Africa's biggest derbies and there is a lot at stake for both sides if they want to reach the semis. Zamalek and Ahli both know that a win will keep qualification hopes intact. It's going to be an open and exciting game.
"Ahli are a big team and we respect them so much, but we fear no one. They will play to win, as we'll do also. We both want to reach the semi-finals.
"We have four points and - after Leopards had beaten Orlando - we can now qualify as group winners if we managed to win our remaining two games."
TEAM NEWS
Ahli have defensive midfielder Rami Rabiea suspended while striker Emad Meteb is still unfit to play following back surgery.
Ahmed Fathi, Wael Gomaa and Sherif Abdul-Fadil all picked up training injuries but were eventually declared fit to play.
Zamalek have no injury concerns as full-back Ahmed Samir returns after missing the last match with a virus.
