Hull City suffered their first home defeat in 12 games by losing 2-1 to Nottingham Forest. With Egypt duo Geddo and Ahmed Elmohamady playing 90 minutes, the Tigers gave away the lead after George Boyd's first-half strike was replied to by Darius Henderson. Lewis McGugan grabbed the winner for Forest five minutes from the end. Egypt forward Geddo recovered from a knock he received at Burnley last week as he was booked for a foul in the first half. There was no place for Ahmed Fathi in the match squad. Hull remain second on 68 points after their closest rivals Watford also lost at Barnsley.
