Egyptian Foreign Ministry Saturday said that President Hosni Mubarak will attend a mini-Arab summit in the Libyan capital of Tripoli on Monday. The meeting, agreed upon during a pan-Arab summit in Libya last March, will dicuss ways to enhance joint Arab action, according to Egyptian officials. Leaders of Egypt, Libya, Qatar, Iraq and Yemen will attend the meeting, in addition to Chief of the Arab League Amr Moussa. Mubarak did not the March summit for recovering from gallbladder surgery.
