Suzanne: I want a small bottle of mineral water. Farah: Howa el-koshari dah bei yetkaoun min eih? Farah: What the koshari is made of? Saheb el-mahal: Shofi ya benti. El-koshari bei teemal min roz, ads bei gebbah, hommos el-shaam, makarona, salssiat tamatem, toom, tawaabil, daqqah, wei bassal mehammer. Shop owner: Look my daughter. Koshari is made from boiled rice and black lentils, chickpeas, macaroni, tomato sauce, garlic sauce, spices, chili and fried onions. (After eating their koshari). Saheb el-mahal: Tayyeb, tehibo tehalow eih? Fih krem karamel, mahlabiya, ruz bi laban, umm ali, wi fakkha tazzah. Shop owner: What would you like to have for dessert? We have creme caramel, milk pudding, rice pudding, Om Ali and fresh fruit. Farah: Ehna awzeen mahlabiya bil mikassraat. Farah: We want milk pudding with nuts.
