TEL AVIV " Hamas says two Palestinians arrested in the killing of one of its operatives in Dubai are former members of the rival Fatah movement's security forces and are linked to one of Fatah's most senior officials. Dubai police have said they arrested two Palestinians among 18 suspects in last month's killing, which is widely believed to have been carried out by Israel's Mossad. Dubai authorities have not identified the two Palestinians. A Hamas-affiliated Web site called the Palestine Information Center identified the two as Anwar Shheibar and Ahmad Hassanain. It claimed Friday that both served in Fatah's security services and now work for a construction company owned by senior Fatah official Mohamed Dahlan. Dahlan and Fatah deny the charges.
