CAIRO – Qatar's Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa left Cairo on Tuesday on a short tour, the official Middle East News Agency reported. The aim of Hamad's tour was to support Egyptians in the upcoming period. The Gulf Sheikh held a series of meetings with the head of the ruling Supreme Council of the Armed Forces Mohamed Hussein Tantawi and senior officials here. Egypt's Prime Minister Essam Sharaf had visited last month Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.
