CAIRO - Egypt's government reiterated on Tuesday that it will not allow international election observers for its parliamentary vote later this month, despite calls for it to relax media coverage and allow poll monitoring. "We don't want any international monitoring agencies to interfere in Egypt's national affairs. This is the business of Egypt," said a government spokesman, part of President Hosni Mubarak's delegation visiting the United Arab Emirates.
