Urbnlanes appoints Savills as an exclusive property consultant for all their projects

Urbnlanes, a leading real estate company and Savills, one of the leading property consultants globally, have signed an exclusive strategic consultancy and design review agreement for all of Urbnlanes' projects, Levels, Eastlane and their yet to be launched project. The signing ceremony was attended by Fadi Emeel Abdalla, CEO Urbnlanes, Shadi Emeel Abdalla, COO Urbnlanes and Hamed Fattouh, urbnlanes' general manager and Catesby Langer-Paget, Head of Savills Egypt, along with Zeinab Adel, Head of strategic consultancy and Omar Abdel Aziz, Head of project management.
While Urbnlanes only launched its operation in Egypt earlier this year, the company has expanded massively by taking three mega projects located in the New Administrative Capital and New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, with a total investment of 11 billion Egyptian Pounds. The company is also studying their future steps carefully and are ready to take on any new projects that fits their vision.
Urbnlanes' Chief executive officer, Fadi Emeel Abdalla commented: "The protocol we signed with Savills aims to benefit from its advisory services, and it is part of the company's plan to develop its vision of the real estate market, as well as develop the performance of its platforms and promote the concept of modern and integrated construction. This agreement is a quantum leap towards achieving the company's strategy of expansion and the use of specialists and experts to provide integrated solutions and efficient management of our projects."
Savills aims to provide a market study, tenant mix and leasing strategy to all three Urbnlanes' projects, Levels, Eastlane and their yet to be launched project in North 90 street, New Cairo. Savills will be offering Urbnlanes suggested leasing terms for all their commercial units. In addition, Savills will be providing their design review services, to assure layout efficiency and accessibility, along with site wide services, amenities, and facilities recommendations.
