CAIRO: CA, one of the major international information technology management and software companies, has agreed to finance the Young Arab Leaders Organization (YAL) to launch the regional Youth Network Initiative. The initiative aims to develop programs that would help children of all ages build their future careers by providing them with information, guidance and mentorship programs. Over the years, YAL has aimed to create the required environment for future leaders to grow and develop in the region. According to Jaroudi, They will evaluate the project for the next 6 months and then decide whether or not to continue financing it. As a member of YAL himself Jaroudi feels glad to be involved in this project because he believes that they are helping others reach their fullest potential and that it s our way of giving back to the community.
