CAIRO: At 4 PM local time in Egypt's capital, Cairo, residents said they felt an earthquake. The United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported the quake 5.6 on the Richter scale. It said the epicenter was in the Eastern Mediterranean Sea between Greece and Turkey. Residents said they felt buildings shake across the capital.
