CAIRO: Presidential finalist and Muslim Brotherhood Mohamed Morsi's campaign said 6 members of the April 6 Youth Movement were detained by the military and are currently being held at a military position. The activists were holding up pictures of the martyrs who died during the 18 days of the revolution that ousted jailed president Hosni Muabark and ended his 30-year rule in early 2011, outside a voting station in Cairo. The activists were protesting Mubarak's loyalist and presidential finalist Ahmed Shafiq, who was appointed prime minister by Mubarak during the uprising. The revolutionary power have argued Shafiq will be a reproduction of the old regime and announced their endorsement of Morsi last week. The group also said they will not accept Shafiq as Egypt's president if he wins the election, and warned the military ruling council of the people's anger.
