CAIRO: Egypt's Coptic Christian Pope Shenouda died on Saturday at the age of 88, state-run television Nile News reported. Pope Shenouda's health had deteriorated recently. Over the past few years, he had been abroad for medical treatment. Already, Christians are beginning to mourn his loss, with people taking to the streets of Shobra and Abbassiya to show their condolences. “It is a sad time for all Christians in Egypt, he was a tough man,” one Christian man told Bikyamasr.com on Saturday.
